Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am owning a flat in a apartment. I would like to rent out my house to bachelors to get the maximum rent. However other flat owners have objection to rent the house to bachelors as it disturb the social balance of the appartment.

I would like to know weather is there any such legal or official permission required from society before renting the house to bachelors.

There are no laws restricting right to let out to bachelors. However in the interest of your neighbours, you have to be cautious in choosing your tenants. If your tenants, use the place like a lodge where they make noise / dance causing nuisance to neighbours, then as a owner you may end up in trouble ultimately.
