Who owns the property in this case?
hmare dadaji ne aj se 60 yrs pehle shop kiraye par li thi.karib aj se 8 yrs pehle unhe kaha gaya ke shop khali kariye wo do shops thi jb hum agreed nahi hue khali karne ko to samne wali party ne kaha k unme se ek shop aap rakh lijiya ek khali kar dijiye nahi to dono khali kijiye aur kuch amount lelijiye humse.baad mein ek deal hui k ap jitna ek shop khali karne ka de rahe hain utna humse lekar dono humare pass rahne dijiye.deal final hui.shop kharidne ka jo amount tha wo uncle ne afford kia tha.qki tb wo joint family thi dono shop uncle ne apni wife naam karwa liye.aj jab uncle ki family and hamari family mein ladai hui to unhone kaha ke shop maine kharide hain aur wo mere hain.hmari family sirf usi shop par dependent hai.i want to ask:
l want to ask kya unka dono shop par haq hai?
jab shop kharidi gayi thi to promise kiya gaya tha k ek shop papa ko di jayegi.
dadaji hamare saath hain shuru se papa ke sath rahe hain. unka kehna hai k jo b ho wo ladai nahi karenge.and sbse badi baat hamare pass legal proof kuch bhi nahi hai.abi jb shop divide hui to unhone kaha wo papers bana kar denge.bt ek saal ho chuka hai unhone papers nahi diye.and kahte hain nahi denge.just help you all what to do?

Legally and otherwise also your uncle is the owner of both the shops now. You people have no right in the shops .
