Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I had paid all the money to builder except one time maintainance (Coz no body in the appartment has paid) and internal changes (After quotation I had never told to continue the changes within my flat as the cost quoted is too high) still he had done and charging the same.
I had the keys of flat, can i shift without taking the possession letter, as builder is not providing.
please suggest
