Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Parental property.
My father purchased from his own funds, but property in the name of my elder brother , a student, in 1970.we r hindus.father has since demised. The whole of the property is in my possession & MY brother is not in possession since over 20 years.He wants to through me out on the basis of conveyance deed regd. in his name. Can I get any relief under HINDU LAW & plead that the property is joint hindu property as the same was acquired by my father's money as my brother was a student without any income in 1970? Any other remedy?
