Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My parents are deceased they have left cash, jewellery and much more. my brother is in control of all that. he lives in house which is under "huf" i found that out because he wanted our signature to sign away that flat to him and we denied. i am not worried about the jewellery and cash because i dont have any proof on that but the flat he is living is worth around couple of crore. i just want to put the stay order or whatever it is called in legal terms. i dont want him sell that flat under any circumtances. i like to have some idea how much it is going to cost me to put the stay order. please send email to me with your phone no and i will give you call. i have not put the right phone no.
thanks,
mala modi
