Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my parents have emotionally blackmailed me and taken my signature on 20 rupee stamp paper stating that i will not take any share from their self acquired property.this took place 2 years ago.is this stamp paper valid,moreover not witness signatures are taken on it.now i have good terms with my parents. can my parents,brother or my sister use this paper and not allow me get a share in the property.is this 20 rupee stamp paper valid. give me a good legal advice where i can nullify this paper

your parents can dispose off, distribute their self acquired property in any manner they desire. Even if you nullify the paper by filing a court case and getting such declaration, still they have a right to write their WILL and bequeath their property in favour of any one over which you have no control. so, be in their good books and win them over so that they take care of your interest
