Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My parents living in native place lonely,our neighbour (Lady Advocate) fail case to court against my mother for using "bad words", but actually its not true, now mom want attent court every three months & paying fees to advocate, no any financial & backgroud income (mom is a farm worker now she is 68 age, no working, still this time neighbour not attend court neither court ask to present, mom not in position to move with this case.... please advise me what we do, I have also familly & low incom

Apply to the Court for expediting the case. Matters involving senior citizens (65 years and above) are required to be heard and decided expeditiously.
