Regarding Parking

Sir, I have bought a stilt parking from builder for Rs.200000/- alongwith allotment letter prior to Court's decision on stilt parking. I park my car and a scooter in my stilt parking. My housing society is charging from me for both my car (Rs.100) and scooter (Rs.50) per month as monthly rent for keeping the vehicle in my stilt parking. Is it fair - whether society is right for collecting the same. Secondly, a flat above me has started a fit-out work in his flat. The fit-out work carried by the carpenters and other labours keeps going from morning 1000 to 2100 hrs. which disturbs us. I made a request to the owner of the flat above my apartment to work till 1800 hrs. but they are not listening and the work goes till 2100 hrs. what should I do.

Check bye-laws for powers of society to levy charges.

As regards nuisance, you can report to police and municipal authorities.

in your case what is the court order it will depend on that.

normally parking area belongs ot society and so it levy such charges as the area is maintained by the society

u can report top the society inwriting and if no steps taken the n to police or registrar the flat cannot be used n for commercial purpose or any other purpose which creat e nuisance for society matter log on to
