no parking space
we have 750sq feet flat in western suburb in mumbai our bldg is gone for redevelopment. the builder refuses parkinglot. we never had parking lot earlier. ehich small court can be approached

If redevelopment is by choice of all flat holders, then you need to study terms of agreement between flat holders and developer and decide. If redevelopment is at the instance of Govt/Mahda/MGMC etc. then you need to study the relevant rules and decide. Depending on nature, you can approach the Civil Court or High Court.
