Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I participated & won the bidd for a property auctioned by a bank under SARFAESI Act. Now the bank has given a sale deed & advised us to go and register the same on my name. What are the further formalities? Do I have to register the property on my name by paying stanp duty? Or the price i bidd includes the stamp duty?
