i want to about Partition deed.if majority of the party willing to go for partition but one of the shareholder wouldn't want to go for partition deed&he;/she also live in that property for over 35 years, then what happened??is it possible??????i mean partition deed....

If mutual partition is not possible, then approach court with partition suit.
