Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Partition suit has been filed by my opponent. He has obtained ex-parte order for the same. I have filed for set aside petition for the ex-parte order. Should the other party submit the original property document to the court, while the ex-parte order was given? If so, whether the original property doc should be avialable with court till final order?

if he could show that the property stood in the name of deceased without even the original documents, that would suffice.
