Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i am a partner in a firm , my partner is a tenant and i am the person in possession and my mother is the owner of the property i am having the possession with , the partnership deed has a clause in which i have nothing to do with the tenancy rights and the firm stand dissolved with one month notice in writing , and now as i got a dissolution notice from my partner . i just wanted to know where do i stand in this case
