Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My partner has sale our partnership property without my consent and give possession on token by unregistered sata khat(M.O.U.).Now by which act I can take back possession of my property ?

Property are belong to Gujarat - Factory Land Building and Machinery.

a partner cannot sell the firm property with there being any authority from the other partners. You may challenge the sale and get the same cancelled

You need to approach Court with appropriate suit with appropriate prayers.
