Partnership firm put a residential scheme thenafter sale flat and registered document in registrar office but the Heading of this document is \"Indenture of Allotment\".\nmy question is \n(1) Allotment and Sale both are same word? or any legal opinion for Allotment and Sale?\n(2) what is the problem in future?\n(3) Heading of document is \"Indenture of Allotment\" but the drafting is sale this flat in this document?\nState - Gujarat (India)

Yes allotment and sale are two different aspects as per law.Allotment is ala an agreement kind in the sense of TPA and sale is real,where consideration for money is present.Indenture of allotment means "in writing of allotment".So after taking all the above into consideration you may proceed with the process only if any mention of payment in full of consideration in the allotment or should insist for receipt of payment of the same and get it registered too as an attachment to the Indenture of Allotment.
