party and brokers fraud

2 years ago i bought one plot for 1.25 Lakhs in my wifes name at pondicherry, now it is occupied by third party, now value of plot is around 10 lakhs, i am planning to book case on broker and the party, i asked them to repay the present amount of plot, they told that they will give same 1.25 lakhs, what can i do, please give some valuable reply

you may file a criminal case for trespass and also a civil case for getting back your possession. but before that you may consult the local police and see if you can get the possession with their help.

Good Afternoon!

I would advise you to follow the herein mentioned procedure:

1. File a criminal case for trespass

2. File a civil case for getting back your possesion.

3. You may seek help of local police in Pondicherry who might help you take your possesion. Do not forget to take all the documents when you meet police.

4. If there is any chance of negotiation then go for it if it done in reasonable limites because entering into court litigation is time consuming and costly as well.
