permanent construction in joint property
Sir, We have joint property (ancestral) at Nagpur having 3 original shares. One of the sharer has started construciton without obtaining No objection. Can he do so. How to restrain him from doing so. What steps are required to stop his unauthrised construciton.
Kindly advise.

You may want to engage a local lawyer for filing a civil suit seeking an injunction against the co-sharer raising construction without partition; you may also want to seek partition of the property.
