Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

The perpetual- lease of the suit property is in the name of my son. However, the entire money on the acquisition of the property was spent by me from my own sources 50 years back.Since the first day I m in possession & my son is now living outside.I m an old lady retd. from govt. service. My son has now become dishonest & call the property as his own & want 2 through me out.I don't have the bank record about the investment in the property 4 the record being more than 50 years old now.My son was then only a student 19 years old dependent on me & also having no means of earnings as admited my him in his evidence. What is the chances of me winnig the suit in the light of benami act & adverse possession? Give a detailed reply.
