can a person having no documents of land and no ownership can call it his ancesters property and his own property

ancestral property may stand in the name of karta or any of the coparceners but the nature of property would remain ancestral. in the absence of papers, how would u even prove that property exists in the name of any of the joint holders. you may visit www.karvai.in for further guidance.
