Can a person having life interest in property as per unregistered will and withought any probate done and no transfer of title has been executed from husband(expired) to wife grant a gift deed in favour of her legal heirs and kindly let me know if possible the validity of the same

one need to look into the contents of WILL. One who has life interest only may not be absolute owner to make gift of the property. However, the facts need to be appreciated viz a viz section 14 of the Women right to property Act.
