Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
one person has made his 1st son & 2nd son's son (grandson) as owner of his properties.His 1st son has sold one property and signed on registry.After that the same property is sold four times to diff users.What is the implication in buying this property.Can the grandson claim now.
