A PERSON ( NAELY S) EXECUTED A SETTLEMENT DEED AND DULY REGISTERED WITH SRO, IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TRANSFERRED IN FAVOUR OF HIS OWN ELDER BROTHER (NAMELY D), AFTER A MONTH THE EXCUTOR (Mr.S) CANCELLED THE SETTLEMENT DEED WITH SAM SRO.
PLS. LET ME KNOW THE CANCELLATION IS VALID OR NOT.
