can a person who has signed and post his thumb impression n photographed in a registered relinquishment deed in front the registrar officer (( later deny it ))??
CAN HE DENY IT LATER OR SAY THAT HE DID NOT KNEW WHAT HE WAS SIGNING // [[ EVEN WHEN REGISTRAR EXPLAINED HIM WHAT HE WAS SIGNING AND ASKED FOR HIS CONSENT FOR IT ??

it all depends upon the contents of deed, the mental state of the executor, his capacity to execute the deed, the witnesses to the deed etc.
