If a person has sold the house and got the banu but he has not received the full payment and if the possession has been given to the buyer and after getting the possession if buyer does not pay the rest of the amount than what legal action can be taken against him?

Pr esuming that you had maade an advance payment against an agreement and also given possession against the agreement, and also presuming that a "default' clause must have been provided in the agreement, your remedy will lie in what has the default clause provided, and you may initiate legal proceedings on such basis.
