Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

petitioners fears -

If court grants residence orders as per status in domestic violence, petitioner fears , which she has come to know through the source, that the lady with whom respondant having relations, will force him to write will and kill him by giving injection, since she can go to any extent. In this situation what are the legal steps petitioner can take because she is wholly dependant only on this property( which is self owned of respondant) for maintenance and residence. Pls help , what are legal steps petitioner take in such situation
