Plaint & replication
Relpication is denial or say to the WS of the defendant.Can the contents of Replication be read against pltff. to prove contradictions in facts as alleged in pleadings & subsequent replication at the time of arguments?

Contradictions and omissions can arise from and can be confronted with and proved as such from any previous statement of a witness, including plaint, WS or any other writing. Only criteria is that such previous statement should be relevant as provided by Evidence Act.
