Hello, I am planning to buy a flat in bangalore. Flat was constructed in 2008 and handover to broker by owner for selling. I am buying this flat through broker. What are all flat related documents I should ask broker for verification? Please suggest me some good legal firms for docu verification in bangalore. My broker told that his signature is sufficient at time of registration. Under what conditions broker signature is sufficient and owner signature not required at time of registration?
