i am planning to buy a flat in okhla delhi, the sale these flats are only by giving power of attorny, all family members are forcing me to buy that falt because of its perfect location and infrastructure. i am worried about my money. please advice me

your worry is quite reasonable. To buy a flat just on power of attorney may not be proper and is certainly a risky affair. You may examine the documents of the seller. Examine the chain of ownership.
