Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am planning to buy a flat under resale. The flat is not yet registered.The property is in the name of father and daughter. Daughter is out of station and father is having the power of attorney from the daughter. Will this arise any issues in future. If yes,how i can mitigate this.

it is better if the daughter also executes the sale deed otherwise, she may dispute her power of attorney at a later stage.
