Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am planning to buy resale property in a building which is 40 year old. The house was bought by son and latter he transferred title to his parents name through a transfer letter which is on plain paper .The original share certificate was lost so society has issued dulplicate which in the name of parents . Property tax receipt and maintainance slips are on parents name .Pls let me know what document should I seek from the buyer so that in future son cannot claim ownership of the property .Also society is saying that 40 year old societies didnt have occupancy certificate so they dont have it . As a result my home loan application is rejected by SBI .Pls advise what could be the alternative document that I can submit for home loan .
