Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am planning to purchase a property. One of the beneficiary of the will was dead before the executor died. And the property was inherited, owned and sold by that beneficiary's wife and daughters. Is it safe to go ahead with this titles?
Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, The wife and daughters must obtain succession certificate of that property.
