I am planning to purchase a 30*40 site property in bangalore and it is approved by BMRDA.Kindly explain about betterment charges and Is it necessary for BMRDA approved site.(Bangalore metropolitan regional development association).

BMRDA is a special planning authority having its own rules and regulations. Check those rules and act accordingly.
