Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Plea.

Can i take a plea that my parents were in possession of the house in my name under an oral agreement. if yes then how will i prove the oral agreement?.actually when i was a student, having no income, my father purchased a house in my name from his (father's0 money. My father took the possession of the same with his whole family. my parents r now dead. i m not living in the house.my brothers & sisters r living there. Can i take the above plea & how will i prove that.
