Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a taken a plot in Bangalore, Karnataka and constructed the house in that plot with a housing loan from nationalized bank.
When my neighbor started the house construction, the bank that was lending the loan (different bank that my bank) to him asked for a Phani of the land from the revenue department. When we got the Phani document it states that the land can acquired by the government as per 79 A/B clause. This notice was issued way back in 1980.
Will this cause an issue for me? Can govt. acquire my plot along with the others in the same survey number?? If so, how did this plot got registered to my name by the Sub register???
Please advise me on thisthank you
