Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i have given my plot to developer 40:60 ratio. as per sanctioned plan the parking space would be open. now he has sold his portion of parking space and erected a wall around it. when asked he is telling he will not demolish the wall he ereccted around the parking place of his area? what can i do now?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If I understand you correctly and read you literally, you have granted the developer a 60% ratio in the development rights, while you retain the balance 40%. I am unable to comprehend or understand in what way does the wall erected by the developer around his parking space in the part of the plot in his custody and posession affect you or your rights in any way ? Please furnish more detail to advice you further.

dear client....
as per the agreement you got you share of 40 % in the constructed area... then whats the problem if he build the wall... if he has diverted from the sancention plan then file a complain in ur municipality were the plan is sanction to demolish the wall...
