Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a plot in India. The plot next to my land came on a government tender notice. I bought that land in tender. I started to build a house. When the house was half built, police department staff came to me and said not to build the house there saying that this plot has a dispute. If the land has a dispute then how does this land came on tender. How do I approach this issue

You have to findout all these facts though a local lawyer and he will findout the clearance of your plot and any other dispute over this land. only after that you may approach to the authorities and to the court. May be while acquiring the land, the owner of the land had made a case against govt. Plz send your detail.
