A PLOT OF 400 SQ.YdS WAS GIVEN ON GPA CUM DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT TO A BUILDER, APARTMENTS HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED, DEVELOPER SOLD HIS SHARE OF FLATS, LAND LORD IS OWNING 2 FLATS NOW, DEVELOPER IS NOT HANDING OVER THE ORIGINAL GPA CUM DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT TO LANDLORD FOR HIS SHARE OF PROPERTY TO SELL OR MORTGAGE EVEN AFTER 2 YEARS. DEVELOPER SAYS HE WOULD HAND 0VER THE SAME TO SOCIETY OF FLAT OWNERS. WHAT IS RIGHT AS PER LAW & WHO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HOLD THAT DOCUMENT? WHAT ALL DOCUMENTS SHOULD DEVELOPER TO HANDOVER THE LANDLORD? PLEASE ADVISE
