Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Pls let me know the answers for the following Questions
(1)what is the difference between Panchayat approved land and D.T.C.P.
.(2) Is it possible to transfer P.Approval to DTCP after buying a plot from a lay out at chennai suburubs.
( 3)Some real estates people completing registrations witout mentioning whether its approved or not on their websites and brochures.People also immediately buying blindly without rising this questions to vendors on line or directly.
(4) Is it a healthy process?
(5) Is it possible for vendor to register land at register- office without proper documents?..THANKS A LOT.

1 ) Panchayat apporved land is the revenue land comes to the prescints of village panayat.
5) No, please go thro' Encumbrances.
