A is suppose to get POA in favour of B to be get attested by Indian embassy in USA but A is on a Visitor Visa ( B-1 and B-2 ) to USA . The Embassy may ask A to go back to India to get the POA /Affidavit attested from a Notary Public as his status is not permanent one. I have few questions to ask you to give you my opinion on your legal issues for attestation etc.
As per the rules and regulations applicable there.
