Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

is there any policy for paraking space allotments in a society?I stay on the groud floor and there are cars parked outside my house,2 whcih is right opposite my bedroom,out of which one car driver can see my house,hear our voice and peep through,which is invading my privacy..when i question the secretary he says if there is space i will give that place as parking..when i ask for the parking plan..ive been told new people have come into our building(redevelopment bldg)so they have to be given space..but my concern is that we are giving more than 1 parkign space to all flats...he is giving the parking space for 2nd and 3rd cars also (as he himslef owns 3 cars and has been parking)my question is can i oppose if the car is parked outside my bedroom..as it is intruding my personal space..pls guide
