Possession of flat

I have taken new flat from the builder. Want to know if the paper work for the possession of the house would be done by me or by the builder? (Builder has asked me to get 3 100 rs stamp paper so that they could do the documentation and also i would need to do the franking of the document) Kindly suggest. regards Nilesh

Documentation/paper work can be done by anybody as mutually agreed.
