Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have taken possession of flat on 16.06.2007.The builder have not procured occupancy certificate.the builder only promises that he will get it in the next 7 to 8 days but till now he has not got it,as a result no conveyance deed can be done.please advise

You may wait for some time and keep reminding him by writing registered letters. Litigation may be costly and time consuming.
