Possession

Before taking a possession what are legal document and paper I should take from builder so that no problem occurred when I sell the flat. I Purchase the Flat in Navi Mumbai. This is 12.5 taaka plot (Goatan)

copies of all the previous title deeds including the conveyance deed in your favor

You may ensure proper title, a copy of approved building plans and all statutory clearances/NoC from concerned authorities including payment of dues, if any.

If you have not taken any documents at the time of agreement, then you need to several documents. Consult your lawyer for the same.

If you have taken relevant documents at the time of agreement, you need to take Occupation Certificate and Possession Receipt from builder.
