You will have to execute the General power of Attorney with a clause to sell or not to sell or to purchase the purchase the property. The power of attorney has to be sworn either before the Indian consulate or before the Notary and the same has to be sent to your power of attorney holder and he has to register the same before the District Registrarplease affix your photo and sign.
