Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i have given one power of attorney to the individual for sell of my agriculture land on 24/7/1997 and got ragistered from sub ragistrar. after some days i found that Po A holder is misusing the rights, then i made one application to the same subragistrar for Cancellation of the Power of attorney on dated 30/9/1997 and got ragistered. i also informed him over phone for the cancellation. On MAY 2002 , He sold the property on the basis of cancelled Pof attorney.

We already made FIR against him which case is pending.

you can also file a civil case for cancelling the sale.
