power of attorney revocation

Iam the owner of the property. in the year 1990 i entered a sale agreement with X for Rs/ 1.90lakhs (19cents).X gave me only apart amount because of shear faith i signed in the agreement. on 1993 i executed a general power of attorney and made X my power agent for the above said property.

X is running a school in the property . I repeatedly asked X for the balance amount he did not pay me. on 19/02/2007 i revoked the power of attorney .ON 21/02/2008 I intimated X through a registered letter X received the letter and acknowledged it . After this on 26/02/2008 X exeuted a sale deed in favour of X 's wife for Rs/ 40lakhs. moreover i appllied for encumbrance certificate from jan 1 1993 to 21/02/2008 there was no enteries it was nil. when i asked X why he cheated me X said iam running higher secondary school ,ihave moneyand men with me. This my case please help me what i have to do next?

You can take your property back by filing an suit for declaration of title and recovery of possesion.

you can file a suit for declaration of title and recovery of possession , by ingonring sale deed executed in favour X` s wife.

File a suit for declaration and possession and get the sale deed declared NULL and VOID and take back your property.
