Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
If a Power Of Attorney is signed in favor of a person acting as an Attorney in regards to a residential property, can that attorney keep the sale proceeds of that residential property for himself? Or can the sales proceeds be requested in the name of the Original owner?

Being the attorney, the POW holder may retain the booty but ultimately the executor has legal right on the sale proceed.
