Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
It is a practice of DDA that upon allotment of a Flat to a Male applicant, the title of the DDA flat will be registered /conveyance deed will be executed in the name of husband and wife both. Under which Act or Rule or Regulation and its specific clause, DDA is forcing execution of conveyance deed/ registration of title even in cases where wife is not an applicant.
