my name is prakash.near chennai.my grand father was married 2 wifes.first wife have one son.after 20 years after 2 wife have one son. my father is 2 wife son.my father brother married at my father studying time.my grand father died at my father childwood time.my father under control with his brother wife.my father marriage after came seperate with my mother.that time they will got lot of sign to my father.my father brother died at 1995.now my grand father propery they under.in 1989 our own house build time they will gave 1lukh only.please tell good answer to us.my father have 3 children.including me.my father age now 65.i knoe they have property but dont know survey number

Look you need to consult an advocate to act in a better manner inorder to get the property divided in an amicable person with all the surviving persons.

all the legal heirs may be entitled to their share unless there are some other documents to the contrary. did you sign any papers in lieu of Rs. 1 Lac?
