pre-mature termination of commercialL&L by l
commercial L&Lagrmnt for 3yrs-expiring 2010.leasee has given notice for pre- mature termination.we have paid stamp-duty �istration charges for3yrs concideration.in present situation may i able to get part of stamp -duty refund; if so how to proceed? do i have to go for cancelation deed�ister it? do i have to pay service tax on the total concideration received? i am in mumbai.

1. Refund appears difficult.

2. Going for proper & duly registered cancellation deed is advisable.

3. Service Tax will depend on total amount received or receivable in the current financial year from all chargeable accounts.
